                       IDAHO REAL ESTATE APPRAISERS ACT
    54-4118.  PROOF OF COMPLAINT -- PROSECUTION BY COUNTY ATTORNEY. The board
may prefer a complaint for violation of any section of this chapter before any
court of competent jurisdiction. It shall be the duty of the prosecuting
attorney of each county in the state to prosecute all violations of the
aforesaid provisions of this chapter in their respective counties in which
said violations occur.
