                    PROFESSIONS, VOCATIONS, AND BUSINESSES
                                  CHAPTER 37
                      OCCUPATIONAL THERAPY PRACTICE ACT
    54-3710.  RENEWAL OF LICENSE. (1) Any license issued under this act shall
be subject to annual renewal and shall expire unless renewed in the manner
prescribed by the rules of the board.  The board may reinstate a license
cancelled for failure to renew upon compliance with requirements of the board
for renewal of licenses.
    (2)  Upon application, the board shall grant inactive status to a licensee
who (a)  does not practice as an occupational therapist or an occupational
therapy assistant, or (b)  maintains any continuing competency requirements
established by the board.
