2005 Idaho Code - 54-3709 — ISSUANCE OF LICENSE

                                  TITLE  54
                    PROFESSIONS, VOCATIONS, AND BUSINESSES
                                  CHAPTER 37
                      OCCUPATIONAL THERAPY PRACTICE ACT
    54-3709.  ISSUANCE OF LICENSE. The board based upon recommendation of the
licensure board shall issue a license to any person who meets the requirements
of this act upon payment of the prescribed license fees.
