                    PROFESSIONS, VOCATIONS, AND BUSINESSES
                                  CHAPTER 37
                      OCCUPATIONAL THERAPY PRACTICE ACT
    54-3705.  LIMITED PERMIT. A limited permit may be granted to a person who
has completed the education and experience requirements of this act. The
permit shall allow a person to practice occupational therapy in association
with a licensed occupational therapist as established by board rule. This
permit shall be valid until the person is issued a license under section
54-3709, Idaho Code, or until the results of the examination taken are
available to the board. The board may renew a limited permit once.
