                    PROFESSIONS, VOCATIONS, AND BUSINESSES
                                  CHAPTER 36
              IDAHO GRAPE GROWERS AND WINE PRODUCERS COMMISSION
    54-3606.  RESEARCH -- INVESTIGATION. The commission shall provide for and
conduct comprehensive and extensive research, advertising and educational
campaigns as the grape crop and wine product, sales and market conditions
reasonably require. It will investigate and ascertain the needs of growers,
conditions of the market and extent to which public convenience and necessity
require research and advertising.
