                                  TITLE  54
                    PROFESSIONS, VOCATIONS, AND BUSINESSES
                                  CHAPTER 34
                          COUNSELORS AND THERAPISTS
    54-3410.  CONFIDENTIAL COMMUNICATION. Confidentiality of communication
between any person licensed under this chapter and client shall be privileged
from disclosure as provided in section 9-203, Idaho Code, with the exception
of the board of review provided in section 54-3404, Idaho Code.
