                          SOCIAL WORK LICENSING ACT
    54-3217.  VIOLATIONS OF ACT A MISDEMEANOR. Any person who shall engage in
the profession of social work as herein defined without a license as provided
for by this act, or the rules or regulations of the board herein provided for,
shall be guilty of a misdemeanor.
