2005 Idaho Code - 54-3116 — RENEWAL WITHIN FIVE YEARS

                    PROFESSIONS, VOCATIONS, AND BUSINESSES
                                  CHAPTER 31
                      CERTIFIED SHORTHAND REPORTERS ACT
    54-3116.  RENEWAL WITHIN FIVE YEARS. Any certificate which is not renewed
within five (5) years after its expiration may not be renewed thereafter, and
such person may obtain a new certificate only if he pays all of the fees and
meets all of the qualifications and requirements for obtaining an original
certificate.
