TITLE 54 PROFESSIONS, VOCATIONS, AND BUSINESSES CHAPTER 31 CERTIFIED SHORTHAND REPORTERS ACT 54-3113. INVESTIGATION OF VIOLATIONS -- HEARING. The board shall, upon a verified complaint in writing by any member of the board or by a certified shorthand reporter or any person claiming to have been injured or defrauded, investigate the actions of any certified shorthand reporter alleged to have committed a violation of this act or any of the grounds for revocation or suspension of a certificate.
