2005 Idaho Code - 54-2922 — REPORTING OF NAME OR ADDRESS CHANGE

                    PROFESSIONS, VOCATIONS, AND BUSINESSES
                                  CHAPTER 29
                   SPEECH AND HEARING SERVICES PRACTICE ACT
    54-2922.  REPORTING OF NAME OR ADDRESS CHANGE. All licensed audiologists,
speech-language pathologists, speech-language pathology aides and assistants,
and hearing aid dealers and fitters shall report to the board any name change
or changes in business and home addresses prior to the expiration of thirty
(30) days after the change becomes final.
