                            PLUMBING AND PLUMBERS
    54-2630.  PLUMBING BOARD FUND CREATED. All money received by the board or
the division of building safety, under the terms and provisions of this act,
shall be paid into the state treasury monthly, and shall be, by the state
treasurer, placed to the credit of the Idaho plumbing board fund, which is
hereby created as a dedicated fund. All such moneys, hereafter placed in said
fund, are hereby set aside and perpetually appropriated to the division of
building safety to carry into effect the provisions of this act.
