                            PLUMBING AND PLUMBERS
    54-2629.  ATTORNEY GENERAL -- PROSECUTING ATTORNEYS. It shall be the right
and duty of the attorney general or the prosecuting attorneys of the various
counties to represent and appear for the people of the state of Idaho and the
administrator of the division of building safety in all actions and
proceedings involving any question under this act or under any order or act of
the administrator and perform such other services as required.
