                            PLUMBING AND PLUMBERS
    54-2623.  FEE -- PERMIT -- INSPECTION. The applicant shall pay to the
department at the time of application, a permit fee for each permit issued and
an inspection fee in accordance with the schedule fixed by the Idaho plumbing
board, which schedule shall not require inspection fees in amounts to exceed
the expense of providing inspection.
