                                  TITLE  54
                    PROFESSIONS, VOCATIONS, AND BUSINESSES
                                  CHAPTER 25
                                 HORSE RACING
    54-2511.  PUBLIC LIABILITY INSURANCE. For the protection of the public,
and all members thereof, the exhibitors and visitors, every person licensed to
conduct a race meet under the provisions of this act shall carry public
liability insurance in an amount and form of contract and with a company to be
approved by the commission.
