2005 Idaho Code - 54-2030 — EXPIRATION OR WITHDRAWAL OF PROVIDER CERTIFICATION -- NOTICE TO STUDENTS

    54-2030.  EXPIRATION OR WITHDRAWAL OF PROVIDER CERTIFICATION -- NOTICE TO
STUDENTS. If a provider's certification expires, is terminated or withdrawn
for any reason, the provider will no longer be approved by the commission, and
no credit will be given to students for any courses starting after the
expiration date. A provider whose certification has expired, been terminated
or withdrawn for any reason, shall immediately notify every present or future
student in writing that it is not a certified provider of approved real estate
courses in Idaho, and that no credit for prelicense or continuing education
will be given for its courses.
