                                  CHAPTER 20
                        IDAHO REAL ESTATE LICENSE LAW
    54-2007.  COMPENSATION, POWERS AND DUTIES OF COMMISSION. Members shall be
compensated as provided by section 59-509(n), Idaho Code. The commission is
charged with administering and enforcing all provisions of this chapter, and
is expressly vested with the power and authority to make and enforce any and
all reasonable rules as it deems necessary for administering and enforcing
this chapter.
