2005 Idaho Code - 54-1904D — PROHIBITION AGAINST FURTHER BIDDING

                    PROFESSIONS, VOCATIONS, AND BUSINESSES
                                  CHAPTER 19
                           PUBLIC WORKS CONTRACTORS
    54-1904D.  PROHIBITION AGAINST FURTHER BIDDING. A bidder who claims a
mistake or who forfeits their bid security shall be prohibited from
participating in any rebidding of that project on which the mistake was
claimed or security forfeited.
