                    PROFESSIONS, VOCATIONS, AND BUSINESSES
                                  CHAPTER 18
                           PHYSICIANS AND SURGEONS
    54-1820.  ACCESS TO RECORDS. All papers, records, correspondence,
communications and proceedings of the Idaho state board of medicine shall be
open and public except as otherwise provided in chapter 3, title 9, Idaho
Code.
