                                 PHARMACISTS
    54-1745.  INSPECTIONS. If the regulatory board or licensing authority of
the state in which an out-of-state mail service pharmacy is domiciled or, if
the matter is within the jurisdiction of the drug enforcement administration
of the United States, fails or refuses to conduct an inspection of the
out-of-state mail service pharmacy, after a reasonable request by the board,
that is substantially equivalent to the inspection that the board would
conduct in accordance with this chapter, or fails to obtain records or reports
required under this chapter, the board, upon notice to the out-of-state board
of pharmacy, shall conduct such inspection. The out-of-state mail service
pharmacy shall submit to the inspection by making available all pertinent
records, reports, documents and other material or information necessary to
complete the inspection.
