2005 Idaho Code - 54-1724 — RENEWAL OF LICENSES

                                  TITLE  54
                    PROFESSIONS, VOCATIONS, AND BUSINESSES
                                  CHAPTER 17
                                 PHARMACISTS
    54-1724.  RENEWAL OF LICENSES. (1) Each pharmacist shall apply for renewal
of his license annually no later than the first day of June. The board shall
renew the license of each pharmacist who is qualified to engage in the
practice of pharmacy.
    (2)  The board shall specify by rule or regulation the procedures to be
followed and the fees to be paid for renewal of licenses.
