                                  CHAPTER 15
                                 OPTOMETRISTS
    54-1513.  DUTY OF PROSECUTING ATTORNEY -- DUTY OF ATTORNEY GENERAL. It
shall be the duty of the prosecuting attorney of each county to prosecute all
violations of this chapter constituting a violation of criminal law and it
shall be the duty of the attorney general of the state of Idaho to prosecute
any actions brought under the provisions of section 54-1524, Idaho Code, if
requested by the state board of optometry.
