                    PROFESSIONS, VOCATIONS, AND BUSINESSES
                                  CHAPTER 12
                           ENGINEERS AND SURVEYORS
    54-1210.  RECORDS AND REPORTS. (1) The board shall keep a record of its
proceedings and a register of all applications for registration, which
register shall show: the name, date of birth and last known address of each
applicant; the date of the application; the place of business of such
applicant; his education, experience and other qualifications; type of
examination required; whether or not the applicant was rejected; whether or
not a certificate of registration was granted; the dates of the action of the
board; and any other information as may be deemed necessary by the board.
    (2)  The records of the board shall be prima facie evidence of the
proceedings of the board set forth therein, and a transcript thereof, duly
certified by the secretary of the board under seal, shall be admissible in
evidence with the same force and effect as if the original were produced.
    (3)  Annually the board shall submit to the governor a report of its
transactions of the preceding year, and shall also transmit to him a complete
statement of the receipts and expenditures of the board, attested by
affidavits of its chairman and its secretary.
    (4)  Board records and papers are subject to disclosure according to
chapter 3, title 9, Idaho Code.
