2005 Idaho Code - 54-1141 — SURVIVOR\'S SERVICES

                                  TITLE  54
                    PROFESSIONS, VOCATIONS, AND BUSINESSES
                                  CHAPTER 11
                        MORTICIANS, FUNERAL DIRECTORS
                                AND EMBALMERS
    54-1141.  SURVIVOR'S SERVICES. The provisions of section 54-1140, Idaho
Code, shall not prevent the deceased person's survivors from, at their own
expense, pursuing meaningful services and making arrangements for funeral
services that do not conflict with the deceased's instructions for
disposition.
