                        MORTICIANS, FUNERAL DIRECTORS
                                AND EMBALMERS
    54-1101.  PUBLIC INTEREST AND CONCERN IN DISPOSITION OF HUMAN BODIES. The
practice and processes involved in processing and making final disposition of
human bodies is hereby declared to affect the public interest, health, safety
and welfare and to be subject to regulation and control in the public
interest. It is further declared to be a matter of public interest and concern
that the processes involved in preparing and making final disposition of human
bodies should be so controlled as to protect the public interest and merit the
confidence of the public, and to that end that only qualified persons be
permitted to practice such acts in the state of Idaho. This act shall be
liberally construed to carry out these objects and purposes.
