TITLE 54 PROFESSIONS, VOCATIONS, AND BUSINESSES CHAPTER 10 ELECTRICAL CONTRACTORS AND JOURNEYMEN 54-1001D. INSPECTIONS OF MODULAR BUILDINGS -- WHEN AUTHORIZED -- APPROVAL AND CERTIFICATION. (1) Notwithstanding the exemption provided in subsection (1)(c) of section 54-1016, Idaho Code, the administrator of the division of building safety may make electrical inspections of any modular building upon written request from the manufacturer. (a) Inspections shall be made in accordance with the codes adopted in this chapter. (b) Inspection fees shall be as promulgated in board rule and shall be paid prior to the inspection. (c) The administrator may issue inspection tags for inspections if the buildings are in compliance with the codes adopted in this chapter. (2) The administrator of the division of building safety is hereby authorized to make inspections of electrical installations as set forth herein and to issue inspection tags covering such installations.
