                                 COSMETICIANS
    54-822.  PUBLIC RECORDS FOR LICENSES. The department shall keep in a book
appropriate for that purpose a public record of all applications for licenses,
the action of the department thereon, of all licenses issued and of all
licenses revoked or forfeited with the reasons for such revocation or
forfeiture and of all renewals.
