2005 Idaho Code - 54-820 — PERJURY

                    PROFESSIONS, VOCATIONS, AND BUSINESSES
                                  CHAPTER 8
                                 COSMETICIANS
    54-820.  PERJURY. The wilful making of any false statement as to the
material matter in any oath or affidavit which is required by the provisions
of this chapter is perjury and punishable as such.
