2005 Idaho Code - 54-714 — OBSERVATION OF PUBLIC HEALTH LAW

                    PROFESSIONS, VOCATIONS, AND BUSINESSES
                                  CHAPTER 7
                          CHIROPRACTIC PRACTICE ACT
    54-714.  OBSERVATION OF PUBLIC HEALTH LAW. Each physician shall observe
and be subject to all state, federal, and municipal regulations relating to
the control of contagious and infectious diseases, reporting and certifying
deaths and all matters pertaining to public health. Failure to comply with
these requirements shall constitute grounds for disciplinary action pursuant
to the provisions of this chapter.
