                                  CHAPTER 5
                                   BARBERS
    54-524.  INSPECTION RULES. Inspection of barbers and barber shops for the
purpose of enforcing the provisions of this chapter shall be made by the
bureau of occupational licensing. The board of barber examiners shall have
authority to make reasonable rules for the administration of the provisions of
this chapter and prescribe sanitary requirements for barber shops and barber
schools, and the officers of said agency, or its agents, shall have authority
to enter upon and to inspect any barber shop or barber school at any time
during business hours. A copy of the rules adopted by the board shall be
furnished by the said board to the owner and manager of each barber shop and
barber school, and such copy shall be posted in a conspicuous place in such
barber shop or barber school.
