                                   BARBERS
    54-522.  PUBLIC RECORD FOR LICENSES. The board shall keep in a book
appropriate for that purpose a public record of all applications for licenses,
the action of the board thereon, of all licenses issued and of all licenses
revoked or forfeited with the reasons for such revocation or forfeiture and of
all renewals.
