                          STATE ATHLETIC COMMISSION
    54-412.  STATE ATHLETIC COMMISSION FUND. The "State Athletic Commission
Fund" is a dedicated fund created, effective July 1, 1992, in the state
treasury in the name of the commission. Moneys in the fund may be expended
pursuant to appropriation and shall be utilized by the commission to
administer the provisions of this chapter.
