2005 Idaho Code - 54-228 — CONSTRUCTION -- SEVERABILITY

                                  TITLE  54
                    PROFESSIONS, VOCATIONS, AND BUSINESSES
                                  CHAPTER 2
                                 ACCOUNTANTS
    54-228.  CONSTRUCTION -- SEVERABILITY. The provisions of this chapter are
hereby declared to be severable and if any provision of this chapter or the
application of such provision to any person or circumstance is declared
invalid for any reason, such declaration shall not affect the validity of the
remaining portions of this act.
