2005 Idaho Code - 54-224 — JUDICIAL REVIEW

                                  TITLE  54
                    PROFESSIONS, VOCATIONS, AND BUSINESSES
                                  CHAPTER 2
                                 ACCOUNTANTS
    54-224.  JUDICIAL REVIEW. Any person whose certificate or license shall be
revoked or suspended or who is otherwise aggrieved by any final action of the
board taken pursuant to section 54-219, Idaho Code, shall have the right to
judicial review of such action in accordance with the provisions of the
administrative procedure act, chapter 52, title 67, Idaho Code.
