                     IDAHO LIMITED LIABILITY COMPANY ACT
    53-653.  NAME OF FOREIGN LIMITED LIABILITY COMPANY. No certificate of
registration shall be issued to a foreign limited liability company unless the
name of such company satisfies the requirements of section 53-602, Idaho Code.
If the name under which a foreign limited liability company is registered in
the jurisdiction of its formation does not satisfy the requirements of section
53-602, Idaho Code, to obtain or maintain a certificate of registration the
foreign limited liability company may use a designated name that is available,
and which satisfies the requirements of section 53-602, Idaho Code.
