2005 Idaho Code - 53-651 — REGISTRATION
TITLE 53 PARTNERSHIP CHAPTER 6 IDAHO LIMITED LIABILITY COMPANY ACT 53-651. REGISTRATION. Before transacting business in this state, a foreign limited liability company shall register with the secretary of state by submitting to the secretary of state an original signed copy of an application for registration as a foreign limited liability company, together with a duplicate copy that may be either a signed, photocopied or conformed copy, executed by a person with authority to do so under the laws of the state or other jurisdiction of its formation. The application shall be prescribed by the secretary of state and set forth: (1) The name of the foreign limited liability company and, if different, the name under which it proposes to transact business in this state; (2) The state or other jurisdiction where formed, and date of its formation; (3) The name and street address of a registered agent for service of process required to be maintained by the provisions of section 53-604, Idaho Code; (4) The address of the office required to be maintained in the state or other jurisdiction of its formation by the laws of that state or jurisdiction or, if not so required, of the principal office of the foreign limited liability company; and (5) The application for registration of a foreign limited liability company shall be accompanied by a certificate from the filing officer in the jurisdiction of creation evidencing that the foreign limited liability company is a "foreign limited liability company" as defined in section 53-601(5), Idaho Code.
