2005 Idaho Code - 53-607 — FORMATION

                                  TITLE  53
                                 PARTNERSHIP
                                  CHAPTER 6
                     IDAHO LIMITED LIABILITY COMPANY ACT
    53-607.  FORMATION. One (1) or more persons may form a limited liability
company by signing articles of organization and delivering the signed articles
to the secretary of state for filing. The person or persons who form a limited
liability company need not be members of the limited liability company at the
time of formation or after formation has occurred.
