                     IDAHO LIMITED LIABILITY COMPANY ACT
    53-606.  SERVICE OF PROCESS. The registered agent appointed by the
domestic or foreign limited liability company shall be an agent of such
limited liability company upon whom any process, notice or demand required or
permitted by law to be served upon the limited liability company may be
served.
    Whenever the limited liability company shall fail to appoint or maintain a
registered agent in this state, or whenever the registered agent cannot with
reasonable diligence be found at the registered office, then any process,
notice or demand may be served by mailing copies of the process, notice or
demand by registered or certified mail to the limited liability company
addressed to its registered office and to the members and managers of the
limited liability company as shown on the most current annual report filed
with the secretary of state, except that if a foreign limited liability
company has cancelled its registration in accordance with the provisions of
this chapter, then service may be made by mailing copies of the process,
notice or demand by registered or certified mail upon the address as shown on
the application for cancellation.
    Nothing herein contained shall limit or affect the right to serve any
process, notice or demand required or permitted by law to be served upon a
limited liability company in any other manner now or hereafter permitted by
law.
