2005 Idaho Code - 50-604 — SPECIAL MEETINGS OF COUNCIL

                            MUNICIPAL CORPORATIONS
                                  CHAPTER 6
                                    MAYOR
    50-604.  SPECIAL MEETINGS OF COUNCIL. The mayor shall have the power to
call special meetings of the city council, the object of which shall be
submitted to the council in writing; the call and object, as well as the
disposition thereof, shall be entered upon the journal by the clerk.
