                          COMMERCIAL DRIVER SCHOOLS
    49-2104.  EXPIRATION AND RENEWAL OF LICENSES -- FEES. All licenses shall
expire on the last day of the calendar year and may be renewed upon
application to the state department of education as prescribed by regulations
of the state board of education. Each application for an original or renewal
school license shall be accompanied by a fee of fifty dollars ($50.00), and
each application for an original or renewal instructor's license shall be
accompanied by a fee of ten dollars ($10.00). Fees shall be payable to the
treasurer of the state and credited to the driver training account. No license
fees shall be refunded in the event any license is rejected, suspended, or
revoked.
