2005 Idaho Code - 49-447 — DEPARTMENT TO PROVIDE IDENTIFICATION

                          MOTOR VEHICLE REGISTRATION
    49-447.  DEPARTMENT TO PROVIDE IDENTIFICATION. The department of parks and
recreation shall devise and provide to county assessors suitable
identification stickers for attachment to or placement on recreational
vehicles to indicate that the annual recreational vehicle license fee has been
paid. The sticker shall be of suitable size and design for easy
identification, and shall show the year and month of the year in which the
license expires. The department shall also provide suitable license forms and
all other forms required for the purpose of licensing and shall prepay all
charges including mailing fees. Each recreational vehicle license shall be
filed annually by the department under a distinctive number assigned to the
vehicle and alphabetically under the name of the owner.
