2005 Idaho Code - 47-1801 — PURPOSE

                                  TITLE  47
                               MINES AND MINING
                                  CHAPTER 18
                             FINANCIAL ASSURANCE
    47-1801.  PURPOSE. The purpose of this chapter is to provide an
alternative form of performance bond or financial assurance for mining
operations and mineral leases as required by the state board of land
commissioners.
