2005 Idaho Code - 46-1211 — COUNCIL MEMBERS
TITLE 46 MILITIA AND MILITARY AFFAIRS CHAPTER 12 STATEWIDE COMMUNICATIONS INTEROPERABILITY 46-1211. COUNCIL MEMBERS. [EFFECTIVE UNTIL DECEMBER 31, 2012] (1) The council members shall be appointed by the governor and shall include at a minimum the representatives of the following organizations: (a) One (1) representative from the Idaho transportation department; (b) One (1) representative from the Idaho sheriffs' association; (c) One (1) representative from the Idaho chiefs of police association; (d) One (1) representative from the Idaho fire chiefs association; (e) One (1) representative from the association of Idaho cities; (f) One (1) representative from the Idaho association of counties; (g) Two (2) representatives from the Idaho military division; (h) One (1) representative from the Idaho department of administration; (i) One (1) representative from the Idaho department of correction; (j) One (1) representative from the Idaho state police; (k) One (1) representative from the Idaho department of lands; (l) One (1) representative from the Idaho department of fish and game; (m) One (1) representative from the Idaho department of health and welfare; (n) One (1) representative from Idaho tribal government; and (o) Two (2) members at large. (2) Additional voting members will be invited in the following capacities: (a) One (1) liaison from federal law enforcement; (b) One (1) liaison from the United States department of homeland security transportation security administration; (c) One (1) liaison from the United States department of the interior; and (d) One (1) liaison from the national interagency fire center.
