                           CODE OF MILITARY JUSTICE
    46-1183.  ADMINISTRATION OF OATHS -- AFFIDAVITS. Commissioned officers
shall have the power to administer oaths for the purpose of military
administration, including military justice, and affidavits may be taken for
such purposes before such officers.
