2005 Idaho Code - 46-1180 — CONDUCT UNBECOMING AN OFFICER

                         MILITIA AND MILITARY AFFAIRS
                                  CHAPTER 11
                           CODE OF MILITARY JUSTICE
    46-1180.  CONDUCT UNBECOMING AN OFFICER. Any commissioned officer, warrant
officer, or cadet who is convicted of conduct unbecoming an officer, as
explained in the manual for courts-martial under article 133 of the uniform
code of military justice, shall be punished as a court-martial may direct.
