2005 Idaho Code - 46-1166 — ABSENCE WITHOUT LEAVE

                                  TITLE  46
                         MILITIA AND MILITARY AFFAIRS
                                  CHAPTER 11
                           CODE OF MILITARY JUSTICE
    46-1166.  ABSENCE WITHOUT LEAVE. Any person subject to this code who,
without prior authority or justifying reason:
    (1)  Fails to go to his appointed place of duty at the time prescribed; or
    (2)  Goes from that place; or
    (3)  Absents himself and remains absent from his unit, organization, or
other place of duty at which he is required to be at the time prescribed,
shall be punished as a court-martial may direct.
