2005 Idaho Code - 46-1160 — FALSE RECORD OR DOCUMENT

                                  TITLE  46
                         MILITIA AND MILITARY AFFAIRS
                                  CHAPTER 11
                           CODE OF MILITARY JUSTICE
    46-1160.  FALSE RECORD OR DOCUMENT. Any person subject to this code who,
with intent to deceive, signs any false record, return, regulation, order, or
other official document knowing the same to be false, or makes any other false
official statement knowing the same to be false shall be punished as a
court-martial may direct.
