                         MILITIA AND MILITARY AFFAIRS
                                  CHAPTER 11
                           CODE OF MILITARY JUSTICE
    46-1159.  CRUELTY, OPPRESSION OR MALTREATMENT OF SUBORDINATES. Any person
subject to this code who acts cruelly or oppressively toward or maltreats any
person subject to his orders shall be punished as a court-martial may direct.
