                           CODE OF MILITARY JUSTICE
    46-1153.  INCLUDED OFFENSES -- ATTEMPT. An attempt to commit an offense
punishable by this code is an included offense in the charge of the main
offense, but no one shall be convicted of both the offense and attempt.
