2005 Idaho Code - 46-1143 — DISHONORABLE DISCHARGE, BAD CONDUCT DISCHARGE OR DISMISSAL -- PROCEDURE

                         MILITIA AND MILITARY AFFAIRS
                                  CHAPTER 11
                           CODE OF MILITARY JUSTICE
    46-1143.  DISHONORABLE DISCHARGE, BAD CONDUCT DISCHARGE OR DISMISSAL --
PROCEDURE. (1) A dishonorable discharge, bad conduct discharge or dismissal
may not be adjudged by any court-martial unless a complete verbatim record of
the proceedings and testimony before the court has been made.
    (2)  A sentence of dishonorable discharge, bad conduct discharge or
dismissal may not be executed until it is approved by the governor.
