2005 Idaho Code - 46-1123 — SERVICE OF CHARGES

                                  TITLE  46
                         MILITIA AND MILITARY AFFAIRS
                                  CHAPTER 11
                           CODE OF MILITARY JUSTICE
    46-1123.  SERVICE OF CHARGES. The trial counsel to whom court-martial
charges are referred for trial shall cause to be served upon the accused a
copy of the charges upon which trial is to be had at least thirty (30) days
prior to trial.
